The cottage is attached to the main 300 year old Provencal ‘Mas’. Both have been fully restored – the Cottage to provide very comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people.

The Cottage is private but not isolated with the village of Villes sur Auzon only a 2 minute drive away (approx 2km – walking distance). We are situated in a 10 hectare vineyard to the front of the property and woodlands to the rear – the Auzon River runs through the bottom of the garden – with views to the hilltop village of Blauvac and the Gorde de la Nesque to our left.

The Cottage has its own private garden which is fenced and away from the main property (and the Auzon stream), it has a terraced area and a stone built barbeque and backs onto the woodlands – sun beds and cushions are provided. The swimming pool is to the left of the property and is accessible from the Cottages’’ garden. The pool may be used at any time.

The Cottage is all on one level with exposed beamed ceilings, the Master bedroom has a typical Provencal four poster bed and furniture – the other bedroom has 2 singles – both bedrooms are furnished to a high quality and overlook the garden. The bathroom has a shower is to the rear.

The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, occasional table etc., and has the television with English satellite, a DVD player with MP3 facilities, a CD player and Wi Fi.

The kitchen is fitted out in the traditional Provencal method – stone built – and is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine etc.

The kitchen and lounge are open-plan with the French windows leading from the lounge to the terrace are. The kitchen overlooks the pool area.

All prices quoted are fully inclusive of all bedlinen and towels including beach towels.
